ABOUT THE SHOW

The Faster Than Light radio show began in 1978 and has been broadcast on a weekly basis ever since.

Providing informed review and analysis of popular culture, we regularly talk with Australian & International authors, editors and film-makers about their latest projects and releases.

NATIONALLY BROADCAST

The show is initially broadcast on RTR FM 92.1 in Perth, Western Australia between 10am and 11am on Monday mornings, and is then broadcast on the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia satellite feed to stations throughout Australia on Wednesday evenings. Check your local listings for details.

Each show is also available via our podcast feed, so you can always tune in no matter where you are.

PRODUCTION TEAM

The Presenter
Grant Stone, has been a community broadcaster since 1978 and has maintained a presence on ABC stations in Australia, both local and national, for the last two decades. He has been presented with a host of awards for his contribution to Australian fandom, including several local Tin Ducks and the national Chandler award.

The Producer
Wolfgang Bylsma, has been involved in community broadcasting since 1995. Wolf is responsible for programme planning, scheduling and technical production, whilst also contributing reviews and interviews. He is otherwise known for his ongoing tenure as Managing Director of graphic novel publishing house Gestalt Publishing.
