Strick To Reboot Elm Street

New Line, now a division of Warner Brothers, has hired veteran writer Wesley Strick to pen a relaunch of its A Nightmare on Elm Street series, the franchise that helped establish New Line as an industry player in the mid-1980s, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
